My very first post in the Boiler was 1 year ago today. Its been a fun journey since then. I have met and communicated with so many fine people, and made some friendships along the way. It's been a total blast. Last year I asked everyone what their favorite hot sauces were without killing me with the heat. I wanted flavor over fire and many of you provided that for me. I have discovered some great go to hot sauces. I, of course, wasn't aware that many of you were providing me with your own products on that list. I can laugh now, but I am wiser for it.
So...my top 10 list is to name your top hot sauces that are more favorful than hot. They fall into a "mild" category, more as a condiment with a mild sting than as a go to burn sauce. Please choose a product that isn't your own.

There are a lot of worthy mentions as well. I teetered on Hot Wachula's Chipotle & Big Dawg's CPR Hot Apple Surprise, but I had to chose my favorite dessert sauce at number 10.
