Default Question from a reader: Need to kick some arrogant butt!!!

Hi! I work with a gentlemen who is so pompous and arrogant it is just as sad, as it is annoying!! We have an annual Chili Cook-off at work and he always wins in the hottest category, the chili doesn't taste all that good but it is hot (we also have Best Overall and Most Unusual) On our contest sign-up sheet he signed up and on all the other lines he wrote "LOSER" I would like to kick his butt this year and need a SUPER HOT and TASTY recipe and can't seem, to find one. Does anyone know of a recipe for me? The Cook-off is 2/23/07.

On the Food Network site, you'll fnd a recipe for "Backdraft Chilli". It's what I use to lay the braggarts low & they filmed me making it for the firehouse. E-mail me off list & I'll happily supply you with the bottle of Backdraft (mine, not that other weak stuff with the same name) for the contest. Better be quick though. jim at wildpepper dot com.

Jim, I can't find it. I like your Backdraft sauce, and what better recipe to use it in!? Can you post a link to the recipe?

Hi Ethan, There appears to be many types of Backdraft chili out on the web. You might want to check out this site and see what you can come up with. If you go to the home page and look on the left side of the page you'll see a chili recipe link.

If that doesn't help then check out Recipes from ChiliCookin.com

Hope this helps you out.

Thanks Flattop. I have no problems finding chili recipes on the web, I was just interested in Jim recipe I've got several firefighter friends who all love Jim's sauces, so I knew they'd want to try Jim's recipe. What is it with firefighters and chili?
