I'm a creature of habit - I've been using my Chipotle Pepper Sauce on eggs for years. Before that it was either Cholula or Mike and Diane's original Ring of Fire (which was originally given to me by a neighbor downstairs in San Diego when he was moving out of his appartment and cleaning out the fridge).
I need to expand my horizons a little on scramblers and omlettes!

Blair's Original Death / Salsa de la Muerte on scrambled eggs when available... Whatever's in the fridge when it's not...
Omlettes, on the other hand - it depends on what else I'm adding... Fried mushrooms and hab sauces seem to confuse my tastebuds a little too much... In situations like that I break out a vinegar sauce... which in the UK pretty much means Tabasco...
After the earlier recommendations, I'm looking forward to trying Defcon 2 on some eggs once it arrives!

Try the Defcon 2 in the scrambled eggs - I crack the eggs, pour in the Defcon and mix, then cook - the butter in the Defcon leaves the eggs nice and fluffy and there's a little (tiny) bit of heat.
Good stuff

Anything hot sauce is good for me. I use hot sauce in place of the ketchup.

Thanks... tried this yesterday in a cheese and red onion omlette... Highly recommended (with additional #2 on the side for dippin') Would have used #1, but it was breakfast, and I was off to a slow start...
Another tip in exchange... I tend to turn the heat down a bit and slam a lid on the omlette pan, which "steams" the top layer, making it rise even more. Only slight snag is you tend to eat a lot more as it's so light you barely notice it hitting your stomach!

This may sound a little weird (what esle is new?) but I like diced country ham and marinated shrimp in my omelettes. Marinate the shrimp in #2 or #1 overnight, dice 'em up and throw them in your eggs. Mmmmmmm.

scrambled eggs
I seem to go through fazes on my hot sauce. I love something for a while, then I find something else I love and I move on. Right now I am eating a lot of Nandos hot peri peri on my eggs, great on a sandwich with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs and a bunch of the nando's!!! Thanks to Nick for those samples with a sweat and spice order that turned me to it!

I know that this has already been said, but nothing beats Defcon on eggs for me! Two over easy with Defcon #2 for me and scrambled with #3 for my main squeeze. It's a great start to the day! The flavor and the consistency is just too perfect. Let's hear it for the Creator!

Just had some migas with chopped red jalapenos coated in a generous amount of Siracha ( sp?) sauce and topped with Scotty'B's DEVIL'S DROOL. Burp!

I like it all. A lot of Frank's will get some spice and as I've stated plenty of times, I'm a big fan of the flavor of Frank's. Especially with some extra on the side for dipping.
I'm getting Defcon 1 this week, I'm psyched to try that on the eggs. As well as everything else(haven't had it yet).
