What's your favorite hot sauce for scrambled eggs?
I like mixing in some Chipotle Slam prior to cooking and then coating the eggs in Cholula - mmmm eggs...

It may be a shameless plug, but it does taste really good on eggs, our Defense Condition #2.

Actually, I've found that Defcon 2 is great on pasta - mix with a little bit of marinara and away you go.

I liked the Defcon #2 on fried potatoes... a lot! I will have to try that nector on pasta. Sounds real good. Or maybe I am just that hungry.

Right now, I'm loving Lava Extreme on the eggs. But usually, I go for standard Tabasco, not so much for the heat (which is low comparatively), but for the flavor that I've associated with eggs for a decade now.
It's like .... going home.

Oh yea, the fried 'taters with Defcon #2 is great! I had a bag of Ore-Ida? Potatoes O?Brien that I scrambled with some eggs and sausage and added the Defcon #2. Topped it with some Pepperjack cheese.
I have not tried the Defcon on just eggs yet, I usually prefer salsa on my eggs. Of course I have been kicking the salsa up a notch with Fatalii Fire, does that count?

That's a tough question - my favorite on eggs changes on probably a bi-monthly basis!
Marie Sharp's Belizean Heat has been one of my favorites on eggs for a long time now. Before that, I was on a long Walkerswood scotch bonnet kick. But right now, I am probably digging Capitol Punishment's Garbanero the most.

Funny you mention that. I made omlettes this morning. Saute fresh jalapenos, onions, and serrano ham. Add eggs, form omlette and melt Jack cheese. Apply liberally with Garbanero. Then 'ya go to eatin' on that 'sum b!t@h. Whoooeee, thats good eats.

I must say that in my humble, honest, totally bias opinion, my favorite sauce on scrambled eggs is Cape Fear Pepper Company's Red Savina Hab. Fav on roast beef hash is Loco Luna Extreme. I think that I may try a cheese omelet with Talon. I'll let you folks know how it is when I do.

This is one way to get dismissed as the new kid on the block, BUT:
Sometimes I enjoy the simple use of ol' fashioned tabasco on scrambled eggs. There's just something addictive about it. I discovered how much I enjoyed this when I went camping once and tabasco was all that was on board.
What I also was doing for awhile was using that Beyond Hot dry habanero seasoning in abundance with a little salt and pepper added.

That's about the only way I eat Tabasco or Texas Pete anymore is on eggs when I am stuck at a local greasy spoon and that's all they have. Freaks people out to see me eating red eggs from all of the sauce I put on them, usually douse the hash browns as well.
