I am just now recovered from NM! It was the most fun yet foot tortureous weekend of my life! I loved every exhausting minute of it!!! I'm still dreaming of the snow capped mountains and wait staff asking....do you want red or green chile sauce...on EVERYTHING!

Hey man, you had a good time though, right? I consider it a lot of work, but at the same time, a lot of fun. Looking forward to Miami now!

Being asked "Red or Green" is a daily event here.
You can even get green chile at McDonalds on a hamburger.

As tasty as all the foods were, I am not sure I really get the whole "red" & "green" chile thang. Whilst I had some fine New Mexican cuisine, especially some of the New Mexican Foods' queso, I am not sure I would classify it as a must buy amongst all the other hot sauces, salsas, bbq, jerk, mustard and asian sauces that I tried. I had a ball trying everything though.

Well, the whole NM chile thing is something everyone can enjoy. I've had some really hot green chile, but most restaurants won't have that. You have to buy it yourself.
Welcome to Chile Traditions will ship green chile anywhere.

Hey Michelle, I saw you on the Zestfest video from last year. Was it a real blast? Just want to hear from a newbie on the experience from both shows. I am really thinking about going to the Texas Zestfest Show because I never been to Texas before.

Albuddah- I really had a great time at Zest Fest. I've already signed up for the Miami one. As an attendee it was very "happening" with constant events, cook-offs, contest, music, highlights etc. As a retailer I did a bit better at the FFS, but that might be because we had more exposure by then. I feel the "legendary status" of the FFS really had me in awe. When I saw the lines alllllll the way to the front door I couldn't wait for it to start. I'm already looking forward to doing those shows again. If you're able to - I think you should go to TX also.

Thanks. I am really thinking about it, and seeing if I can budget it. If I find a roommate to share the hotel expense I will probably do it.
