Started Out Right
I'm new to the whole chilehead thing. I've always liked HOT sauces and salsas. Even the mind numbing, stomach wrenching stuff. I never realized that there was such a large group of people with the same interest. Living here in south eastern Indiana, I have never been around any type of festival, show, convention dedicated to HOT. I just recently went to Jungle Jim's Weekend of Fire. My wife, son and I had a great time. I even entered the Defcon Death Match. I wasn't really interested in doing it but my wife insisted that I entered. This was a blast! I met a few really nice folk in the process. Not real good with names but I do remember Justin from Michigan, DK the winner of Death Match, he beat me by two seconds! Gary from Hell's Kitchen, and the Creator and Createss John and Maggie.
I was told to check this site out and I've had a good time reading everything while waiting on my activation. Can't wait til I have the chance to do something like this again.
