Another New Guy
Hello there everyone!!!
I first want to say what a great site and also it seems some really great people are Members here!
If Dr. Hotz is a newbie then I'm at infant stage!!!!
Always loved Hot/Spicy food and especially making sauces, rubs, & combining ingredients to get what I was looking for.
YOU GUYS ARE UNBELIVABLE!!!!!!
I will try to help out when I can but like I said I'm a baby at this. Grew my first peppers this year and MAN are they SMOKIN' HOT! Orange Habaneros & Red Caribeeans. So any help you folks have would be appreciated!
Here's my first contribution. Dr. Hotz I don't know if this is what your looking for but here goes!!? Has nothing to do with Peppers but can spice up your average BBQ Chicken. Hope its worthy.
Seasoned Salt {Lowerys}
Coarse Grnd. Pepper
Garlic Powder
Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
Ground White Pepper
Ground Cinnamon
Paprika
I don't know why but do it in order on both sides or it does not taste the same.
A1 original BBQ sauce tastes the best. Coat it on as you slow cook these.
I only cook with charcol so take that into account.
Thanks again and I love this site!!!!

Hey, I'm still pretty new to all this as well. Couple things I've figured out. There are a lot of things that don't make sense if you don't know the inside joke. Most of the manufacturers have day jobs. A lot of people read this blog that don't comment ( I did it for months). All of the manufacturers, at least that I've met are super cool, friendly, and willing to share information. Have fun, make yourself at home, don't take things too seriously. I start off every day 8 years old until some a-hole snaps me back into reality. Your only as old as you think you are! Oh yeah, and I'm kind of computer retarded (I can't figure out how to do A LOT of things).

Sam, you have nailed the HSB on the head! So grab your helmet, hop on the bus, and take a ride with the rest of us! Just be careful not to sit anywhere Vic was sitting and know that Blane does not like sharing the windows!

Thanks Sam & Jodie I will try to remember all that! And I think I should be able to get along with everyone I'm used to riding in the back of the short bus.
Is it always so loud when Defon speaks from atop of Mt. PCB
Thanks again

Of course it is. The Homunculi installed amplifiers around the summit.

We will be there! Unfortunately vendor space is sold out, so unless we find someone who wants to split a booth, it will be all pleasure no business. It will be a great time regardless!
