Unsure if our heat ratings are going to match your tastebuds? Here’s the scale we like to use when talking about heat - puts a little prespective on our tastebuds. But remeber, heat is different for each set of tastebuds.
HSB Heat Scale for Reviews:
1. Water (aka Tabasco)
2. A sprinkle of black pepper
3. Mild
4. A little tingle on the tongue
5. Comfortably medium
6. Causes the nose to run
7. Causes large quantities of beer to be imbibed
8. Hot - Hiccup alarm good
9. Makes the Baby Jesus cry
10. Causes severe diarrhea or rabid salivating (Jersey Death or above…)

Nick, This isn’t showing on the front page for me. I have refreshed my browser, but no show. i only say it after your comment showed in the “comments” list on the left of the page.
Nice heat scale by the way, but it sounds more like a countdown!
Ok, got it. Just saw the date at the top. With all you have been doing with the site, thought it was a quirk. Just glad to see things getting back to normal. Can’t wait to see the forums back up.
