Here we go again, it’s that time of the year. It’s almost the fiery foods version of the Oscars with all the buzz, who’s going to be there, who’s going to be wearing what, who’s going to be unveiling etc… The chatter has been steadily building and if your going to be showing, your knee deep in preperations for the 3 day show.
3 days of fiery foods! I’m leaving New York for New Mexico and who knows what I’ll return with. While I’m there I’ll be meeting with a lot of manufacturers, tasting lots of sauces and taking lots of pictures. Stay tuned this Friday, Saturda & Sunday, I’m going to be posting as the event goes on.
It’s going to be my version of a vacation and I couldn’t be happier.
