Mexican Radio (previous review here) is quite possibly the ultimate restaurant for hot sauce fanatic. Each table has 4-5 different hot sauces and across the restaurant they probably have about 100 different varieties. All open and ready to eat. Heaven & Great Margaritas.

But then again, the food at Mexican Radio is so good that you almost don’t need the hot sauce. Calm down, I said almost. They should definitely spice up their salsa, it’s more garlic and onions then heat.
The wife ordered a standard chicken burrito and I went with the steak special. Some fancy cut of meat marinated in tequila and spices. It was delicious albeit a very small portion. I should have ordered the chicken tortilla soup appetizer as well. Oh well, I killed the chips and salsa (added some Sontava hot sauce).

So we’re doing a secret santa gift exchange in the office. Why? So each person gets 1 gift and no one feels left out. Bad news is that the gift can’t be X-rated and it’s not a White Elephant gift exchange. It must be a real gift.
So I drew a name. Got myself! WooHoo - I can get myself some hot sauce. But then they made me put myself back.
Crap.
Guess what the next person I drew is going to get?
You guessed it, hot sauce. But which one(s)?
And what in the hell is the person that drew me going to give? What do you give to the chilehead that has everything?
I’m betting toilet paper.
