Hey Nick,
which, in your hones opinion is the best hot sauce/fiery food fest to attend? I'm thinking of taking a trip down South to check on out with some of our homemade Jalapeno/Cherry Bomb Relish.
Cheers,
Nick, Quebec City, Canada

Are you looking to attend or to exhibit? For attending I would recommend the Fiery Foods Show in NM and for exhibiting I would recommend the Fancy Foods Show (in either NYC or Chicago) although I would also like to recommend that you attend one year before exhibiting, that way you can get a feel for the products and the displays.
