Too bad they only have a 45 day shelf life, or we’ve have all of them in the store. They look like an awesome product.

Any other non winners (AKA losers) receive a product evaluation and placement report email? $65 per entry to find out what the judges didn’t like? Me, being a sucker I just gotta know.

Congrats to all the winners. Uncle Big, the Garden Fresh Gournet salsas are my favorite, and no offense to other fine salsas out there. I bought their Chipotle dip and brought it to a party and it was the first thing to go, so they make a mean dip too. I have never seen their mustard so I am anxious to try it if I can find it.

How cool is that? Not only did we win the sweet heat catagory, which we did enter, but we won the grand prize? My little caramels are good, I’ll admit it, but to have the perfect score out of all those other products floors me. Thanks to all the pepper heads out there and I look forward to turning you all onto our Cayenne caramels!!
