I bought these too – and they are HOT! You can only eat a few at a time…and I am big on heat. I actually was a little disappointed with these though. The flavor is just not that great that leaves you with wanting more in regards to flavor…It’s just hot.

FYI, “Try My Nuts” are a product of Canada, take a wild guess who makes them?? Uh huh, that’s right.
For the record the Acid Rain Hot Nuts brand is not being bought out by anyone. The store employee is mistaken.
Acid Rain is a Canadian Product, always has been and always will be. Will the hot nuts be bottled in Canada for someone in the United States and sold under a different name, of course, but the Acid Rain brand is worth millions of dollars and not for sale last time I talked to Sam (this morning). It’s business as usual at Hatari.
And actually, Hatari is putting out their own hotter nuts this fall under the Uncle Big Killer Hot Nuts brand. They will be without a doubt the hottest nuts on the planet. Let the battle of the nuts begin!! LOL

I totally agree with you on these nuts. I reasantly purchase a jar of these tongue burners at “Try my Nuts” in Hatteras North Carolina. Being from Canada I always buy some sauces on our yearly trip to NC. Upon entering the store I was ask to try some nuts. I was happy, “FREE SAMPLES!!!” I blurted out. I took 1 at first and loved it, so I took 5 at once. Well that was a bad idea but I still had to buy some. One of the workers told me that the “Try my Nuts” franchise will be buying out the Acid Rain brand, doubling the heat, and asking you to sign a waver just to buy them. The heat from these linger forever(I have had 1/4 of a baby spoon of PureCap without the same effect). If anyone loves a different, good tasting snack that will definatly tingle those taste buds, then this is for you.
