About 2,500 16-ounce bottles and one-gallon jugs of CaJohns Fiery Foods Co. barbeque sauces were recalled Tuesday because they contain undeclared anchovies, soybeans and wheat, posing a serious health risk to people who have allergies to those ingredients.
The recall affects the following products: CaBoom! Bayou-Q Barbeque Sauce Spicy, CaBoom! Barbeque Sauce Hot, CaBoom! Bayou-Q Barbecue Sauce X-Hot, Gecko Gary’s Brushfire Spicy BBQ Sauce, Irish Scream BBQ Sauce and HDH Grillin’ Sauce.
