Hey HSBers,
We appreciate the opportunity to share with you what Big Dawg Salsa has in store for the Fiery Food Show in Albuquerque NM the first weekend in March.
Just released prototypes signed & numbered of our new Hot Sauce line Called CPR - Candy’s Private Reserve. The recipes where created by Candy and comes in 2 flavors - Kickin Hot Apple Surprise and Habanero Lime numbered 1-22 and have had HSBer’s already spreading the word and buying them up without even advertising other than on our website. What a group!
The CPR Line will be available in Albuquerque at the Fiery Foods Show along with a few signed and numbered prototypes still available. The Kickin Hot Apple Surprise is a vinegar based Hot Sauce with fresh Green Apples chased with the sweetness of Brown Sugar and a dusting of Cinnamon. topped off with Habaneros (a little daring for one of our first Hot Sauces…but we love it). The Habanero Lime is a testimony to our award winning salsa, being a tomato based hot sauce. Great flavor without all the vinegar smacking you in the face.
We have just added a new sauce to go along with our award winning Slobber Sauce called Drooling Mustard Sauce. It is a Spicy Mustard with Jalapeno Peppers, Chipotle Peppers, fresh squeezed Lime and other spices. A must for the “Mustardholic”.
Also available, as of February 5, 2007 celebrating Big Dawg Salsa’s 2 year Anniversary, is our new Habanero FlatLime Salsa. Same basic recipe as our very popular Medium FlatLime Salsa but we listened to all the chileheads out there and added a heaping of habaneros. Wow…what a salsa! We are looking forward to meeting all of you in NM.
We appreciate your time and business, and like we always say:
Thanks,
Big Dawg & Candy

I agree!
Nice label cant wait to try the salsa
The Mrs. and I tore through almost the entire bottle of Slobber Sauce last night with sirloin burgers.
Slobber Sauce is the bomb!!! I absolutely loved it. I reminded me of my childhood for some reason with the Ketchup and mustard all smooshed together with the other ingredients.
Mrs. Uncle Big would have gave me hell if she saw me licking my plate before I put it in the dishwasher. I was very very impressed.
Tonight, salsa and possibly the CPR Hot Apple. I’m all giddy just thinking about it!!
Well done Darrell and Candy!! Uncle Big will be ordering a couple of cases of Big Dawg for the website soon!!
UncleBig put the CPR hot apple on vanilla ice cream…I love this stuff! At first I wasn’t sure of the green apple in a hot sauce, however after trying it, I’ll be a lifetime fan. A really different combination of ingredients that blend together really well.. GREAT job Candy!
Thanks! I think Big Dawg was a little nervous about letting me play in his kitchen…

It’ll be nice to see you guys again! Kids coming?
Look forward to catching up with you as always Jim. Of course we are going to cash in on child labor, but only our daughter this time. Plus bringing my older brother so Candy and I can get a break now and then. I know you wait till last minute but shoot us an email when you book your hotel, we found a few hotels around Sandia for a descent price but haven’t booked one yet.

Big Dawg’s gonna be busy ![]()
She’s my alter ego! How long did it take you to train for the stair challenge?
November to March for the pre-lim stuff (dumping the fat, building up the base endurance). April to August for the serious training (speed & cardio). Well less than a year total, why? Gonna take a shot at it? ![]()
