As Summer is coming to an end and Fall is upon us…(it goes faster and faster each year for me) I want to let you know (before everyone else) that I am now offering the 2005 Halloween Reserve. For this year I will produce only 299 bottles, each signed and numbered. The base will be filled with 12 million Scoville Units of Torture. The second layer is a special Aged Red Savina Puree. Then I will finish the bottle with a final layer of 1.5 million capsaicin floating on top. All of this will be sealed with Black and Orange Italian Resin and our picture perfect Skull…..This is a True Beauty!!!! On another Major Spicy Note - I am very proud to announce that Blair’s 16million Reserve has been inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records. FOR REAL….It is official…!!!!! You are the first (other than myself and the legends in England - the home of Guinness) to find out this information…I have not released this news to anyone yet, except for my dedicated Chilipals…. As a Devout Chilihead since 1989, having such an honor is as good as it gets for me, and I could not think of a better bunch to share it with first than you. I mean that from the bottom of my Chili Soul…So that’s all for now….But I promise to keep on keepin’ Blair’s Sauces and Snacks as real as it gets!!
