True about the karma. If you sell the freebie in your next life you’ll have a stomach problem and will not be able to eat even Tabasco. Beware karma is a bitch.

I think the gift is fantastic and here is one that will be staying with its rightful place at the end of the Blair Collectible Shelf.
Why anyone that collects would want to sell a gift, since there is only going to be a few (one per customer). Not a true collector in my view.(only my feelings) The people who bought more than one you still will
make their profit on resales.(of FC 500)

There are ways to make sure you don’t resell it. I mean Blair has the names of everyone that ordered the f500 and received the encore. Someone sells and the next time a reseve is out and suddenly you just missed out or your order is lost or you just get banned……There are ways many ways. Besides why would you sell anyhow ??? There is only one encore per order, so if someone ordered say 10 that is only one encore going out so who knows how many there will be out there only one man at the moment and that is Blair…

You can’t. He just doesn’t want a gift to be resold. there are ALLOT of resellers out there that will sell, or people selling their collections because they loose interest in the hobby. The point I think more so was, they were not for resale, in other words, he isn’t selling them, and Jungle jims for example was not selling them. Yeah… definitely nice. Laptop battery was half dead before I started! Then I was using my blackberry, but its a pain on that.

Roasted some nice marshmellows, did some hot tubbing, nice and relaxing!

Blair, I must thank you for putting some happiness into my weekend. Me and The Createss go to Montana every year for a week of just getting away at a working ranch outside of Kalispell. We had made it a long weekend trip this time around as The Createss recently had pins removed from her wrist, so the whole horse thing was out, so we were planning on just meeting up with everyone, sitting around the campfire, etc. Well, due to Continental Airlines being the “Gene Pool of Cranial Rejects”, our confirmed, paid for flight was overbooked, and our weekend has been blown to pieces (1st vacation for me in 2 years). Upon seeing this present from Blair, I now have a smile on my face. Thanks Blair.

It would be stunning to say the least I am sure, primarily to see all one number collection and to see all the prototypes/test bottles he has that no one outside the company or circle of friends has seen before.

Lemme tell you something about people in general. (everyone knows this already but…) When it comes to their personal space, they are guarded. There are a lot of people that will not/do not want to show their collections homes personal belongings to others. It’s private. Have you ever walked up somewhere and someone just says “whats your name” most peoples initial reaction is quite honestly, whats it to you.
But we don’t say that, but our guard is up we get a little defensive. Sometimes if i don’t know the person at all and there is no reason to tell my name I will lie :)… anyways a little off track. However, something tells me we would never see inside the walls of the Blair solitude. I wonder if he keeps it at home or he seperates home from work that much and leaves it all at work in an office or showroom. We may never know, but Inquiring minds want to know!

I ordered before Nick even put it on the Blog. Pretty much orderd about 10 minutes after it was on Blair’s site. I figured I would get a lower number but I think the guys before me orderd way more than one.

The funny thing is that I orderd about 5 minutes before my brother and he got #46 and I got #47.

Well, I guess UPS didn’t pick up the package at the local facility, that ticks me off.

I don’t believe that Mr Lazar pays particular attention to the order the numbers go out in. I got most of the last of the 16 mils yet the couple I opened were in the 700’s. Just ’cause you’re the first to order, doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get the lowest number I think- it *does* help your odds of getting one though

Helmet is dead…daughter fell off her scooter and cracked the mighty pinkness…have to get a new one.

As long as the helmet did its job, then all is good. How is she?

She’s fine. She has been with one set of grandparents for almost a month now. She’ll be home on Friday. She didn’t have a hard fall. The pink part of the helmet was very thin just for looks. The rest of it is still intact, wearable, and opperational

You should throw the helmet out and get a new one. There may be damage to the helmet that you cannot see.

All we know is that 30 encores look very different.

My Encore reserve has two different color yellow waxes on it, does this mean it is one of the special ones?? In these pics shown here, both yellows appear to be identical.

I think the one in the picture also has two different wax colors just hard to tell in the pic. The first layer of yellow is a little lighter…..But I could be wrong…. Although when Bliar says total different I am thinking different colors or possibly a different bottle ???? Just a thought….

You could surely be right, that’s what I was thinking also - but after a closer look mine is definitely different that the one in these photos and the one sold recently on ebay. The first yellow is like the one in the pics (and the 6am/LeMillion) and the top layer is more “golden” maybe? It’s a wax color I haven’t seen w/Blair before.

I have the same encore , but I think the top layer looks like the yellow used on recent 3am’s the signed but not numbered ones……..Maybe Blair will give us a clue as to what is different……

Yes, I’m stupid! It is the 3am yellow wax. I don’t know why I didn’t realize that. It is different, but I was also expecting a more dramatic difference - something more obvious…. who knows!

I thnik everyone that hasn’t recieved there f500 and encore are hoping for the same. White base f500 and or a different encore. I still have a chance and I am praying I will get one or the other…..

In the firecracker 500 thread Blair said that the different Encores were “Very Different” so I’m guessing that’s not what I have.

Yours too??????? I actualy measured it a 1.5 feet tall. Has one big ass display box it came with too.

Something tells me that if you got a different one you would know right away. There would be no guessing. However I have been known to be wrong before.

#67 Red arrived today with A Regular Encore. My birth year nice
I can honestly say I was extatic to hear it arrived. My Hottie ended up opening it up for me I couldn’t wait to get home

I am so sad that I cannot go to the Zest Fest! I talked it over with the fiancee and apparently the wedding IS the more important event on that Saturday, and the deposit to the reception hall IS NOT refundable. I was really hoping to meet some of you great people!

Side Note If anyone would get me a T-59 as a wedding gift I will drive to wherever they are in my tux and pay them in person (payment would be in wedding gifts of course)!!

I just wanted to make a comment on the yellow wax for the Regular Encore. I am sorry if it has been mentione already I didn’t feel like reading through all the posts to see

I have a pair of the Regular encore’s sitting in front of me and I just realized that the wax on each is different (very noticable)
The One has the Yellow from the LeMillion, and the other has the Yelloeeish orange from the 3AM. So if this is a repeat I am sorry but now you have something to buy sell trade to get if all the different bases are something you strive for.
