I gotta say, post a real review of magma and frostbite and don't hold back. I don't care if they are nice guys, the stuff is just false advertising. They are NOT HOT. Frostbite tastes like lemons. With tabasco. 1 million scoville??? My ass!

John Hard is a very nice guy. They've always taken time out of their busy schedule to give a tour of their facility when I visit Columbus.

One time I took the family there, we couldn't even breath! My habanero-o-meter in the air was about 52%! They had just finished cooking a batch of hot stuff hours earlier, and it was still lingering strong!

The amount of habanero peppers they go through is staggering. And it's pretty evident in some of the sauces they make.
CaJohn's make a long line of products using Red Savina Peppers, and they don't skimp! You can TASTE IT. These sauces top the heat scale without using extracts. Example: Kiss of Fire, Krakatoa, Ace, Cojones, Ignite, etc.

It doesn't surprise me at all, the number of awards he's won.
Pretty cool article.
