Above are the pics of my latest experiment (see the first here). I was originally going to do a half Talon and half “10″ pizza, but I did a test of talon vs 10, and the 10 was so much hotter and better that I decided against it.
It is a sad day. Talon, my long time favorite, is my favorite no more. Move over Talon, “10″ is here to stay. The “10″ is not only much hotter than the Talon, but also takes way the Fatalli bite that I find in Talon (and Fatalli fire). The picture of the pizza with the sauce has the right side with PURE “10″ and left side with a 50/50 mixture of sauce and “10″. Of course the “10″ side was MUCH hotter than the other, but the other side honestly had more flavor (with a good amount of heat). This sauce reminds me a lot like my wife’s family. It sneaks up on you, and stays around way too long! You get a nice all around burn of the mouth for a good 15-20 minutes. Of course after the first slice, the others go down way easier. As you can see by the empty bottle, I need more! And yes, I ate the spoonful of “10″ I poured!

LOL - thanks everyone. All I can say is that if you like hot, then this is a MUST try. I’m just pissed that I am out. I just looked at the bottle, and it looks like there maybe a bit left in there 
Holy crap! This stuff just about burned a hole in my “O” ring the following morning after tasting it, and that was just from one small taste off a little plastic spoon. You’re an animal!
P.S. I dare you to try it again with Defcon Zero.

LOL - Defcon ZERO pizza…. not sure even I am dumb enough to try that. Although I have done a couple DEFCON ZERO wings

LOL - there is actually 1 slice and a half of the pure “10″side left. I was going to eat for lunch, but let me heat it and eat it when I get home and have the wife snap some pics. You should be able to see the glassy eyes and sweat pouring off my head quite easily.

I have not doubt! I had a few (much smaller) hits off of the 10 in NM and it definitely has some kick to it.

you calling me out? if i can get a hold of one, i will do half 10 and half zero and make a mpeg out of it and have nick post it. i am not scared. i know its warm but i use jim campbell’s red savina mash like its parmassean cheese on spaghetti. the more the marier.

Where can I buy some of this? Cannot find it online anywhere. I looked on CaJohns site, also. I tried emailing them, but the email gets sent back.

Oh please! Quit flexing your hot sauce muscles. But if you do, make sure you also add little dolops of NagaSabi Bomb all over the top. It wouldn’t be complete without it.
