Chris - “quite close” does not mean it’s a winner. The contest is indeed open until the 20th, so continue to work on your submission and send it in.

How can there be
“some entries are quite close to winners but cannot be considered without a photo submission.”
when entries need to be in by Feb 20th?
I havent submitted mine yet, but it sounds almost as if it wouldnt matter.
