BTW - the earbuds ARE included with the iHot and they work!

Cajohn is right, These shows are a blast but there’s stuff going on all around you from 8 am til midnight or later. You go back to your hotel room and pass out and it will be morning in what seems like 5 minutes. It’s organized chaos with liquor all day and all night. More power to you if you can pull it off, though.

It’s almost gone, saved a couple of pieces for a guy at work. I had mine with some gatorade (no really) but I could go with Nick’s six pack rating. We’ll see if Nick can hang and drink a six pack here in a couple of days, LOL!

Maybe we shouuld organize something where we each have a designated booth to hit first. We’ll give each other money to buy what we want (ie. I give you money to get stuff from Jim’s booth for me, and you give me money to get stuff from CaJohn’s booth, etc…). That way there’s little chance of missing out on something cause we didn’t make it in time. Then we could regroup and pass out the spoils. Just an idea

K doods, back to the signing the final 20 ZF bottles, a cpl more beers, and packing USPS flat rate boxes to ship my sauce to the hotel in the morning.
Im actually also going to trust the baggage handlers with 3 cases per checked luggage for Rich and I, 12 more cases total. I’ll pack well, and bring some goodies we have yet to announce.

i honestly do know. my guess is yes. any manufacturers will be there of course. and trade gets a ticket. not sure if Nick said the collectors badge got a ticket too or not. i think it’s only like $25 if you have to buy one.(if i remember, i got one with my trade)

The collector badges don’t get a banquet ticket, but it is only $25. I got the trade badge as well, so I’m set.

But not for long! I’m hittin’ the Pepper Highway around noon Wednesday. Gonna try to arrive just shy of Dallas/Fort Worth before midnight and stop for the night. If I don’t oversleep I should be in FW around 9 or so.

A day and a half isn’t a very big window to get it together. I have a gazillion things to do and only 2,040 minutes to do it in.

Air travel would make it possible to be there (ZF) and fly back early Sat

You may have discovered a way to clone yourself thus you can be at both places at the same time

There will be something “Creator-like” unleashed at ZF that we dont yet know about, thus causing “us” to believe you are indeed there

I have custom head gear, I had all the wire and clamps redesigned, the bad part is it’s a lot larger. Stickers cost extra, and with the custom paint Job I spent way over $10 so if you want to borrow it it will cost you….

Have fun… Check out Dicks, if you get a chance I think it is still there its been 10 years thou, ladies might be older but it was some nice memories.

Update on Betty Lou. I need help getting this news out. Betty Lou is already at Z\F she can be found at the end of the bar. What bar you say the one your are in. You ask what she looks like. We made it safely back to Denver this evening after 13+ hours in the car. We are beat but had a blast meeting all of you. We look forward to seeing you all again and meeting the guys who couldn’t make it in ALBQ.

Hope it turns out better than this jerky did. That’s one recipe that’s scrapped. Wasn’t terrible, just not half as good as the other stuff. Maybe it just needs more tasting! I did that with Bret’s batch yesterday! Couldn’t stop eating it and it disappeared! Of course I can always make more!

HAving issues with the Wet bulb, it is causing the MB to lose its heat and its absorbing to much flavor… MB’s have good taste but little heat, I probably could have put in two more bottles. anyway still going to send it… I need to use dry spice next time to kick it up a notch… Still a nice MB.

I know what you mean, and I never had a chance to get Ryan’s underwear back that I wore back to the hotel that last night- guess I’ll have to mail them to him.
