		<description>Wow, just after I left Denmark to come to California this opens. Anyway the translation is below:

CaJohns Select Puree Sacues

This series consists of 6 unique sauces that all contains about 80% pure chili - only added vinegar and natural preservatives to ensure color and durability.

The chili's are picked from the plant when they are fully ripe and pressed shortly after.

These sauces are the closest you can get bottled to the pure chili taste from the individual types.

The "Select Puree" sauces are produced only straight after the harvest in September and CaJohns sell them as long as they are in stock... or you have to wait for the next harvest to try your favorite chili again in it's purest form.

Strength: 4-9 (all after type)</description>
