Well, you have never been to the one in Rochester or Syracuse and I suggest you come by and take a peek. Authenticity abounds at both joints, filled with bikers galore and gawkers and every day ordinary people. The bands are outstanding. Free every night of the week playing some local blues or southern rock (though my southern friends tell me the southern rock isn't really southern). But for the best barbecue in Rochester, Sticky Lips is by the far the most fabulous and every single one of their foods served is top notch. Corner of Culver and I think it is atlantic.
