eman has elected to share the remainder of his hot sauce collection with the HSB readers. This may be the largest, most complete collection of Blair’s Hot Sauces in existence. eman picked up the Caldera Prototype not to long ago and it looks like it has become the center piece of this hot sauce shrine. In the words of Wayne & Garth: We’re not worthy!

eman's Hot Sauce Collection

Now a word from eman aka Eric Nanista…
I have been collecting since ‘98 but not seriously until ‘01 when I got the Blair bug. I remember seeing a picture of a 3am in a catalogue and was hooked ever since. Now, MANY thousands of dollars later I am striving to have the BIGGEST and BEST Blair’s collection in the world!!!! Not only just the bottles, but any type of memorabilia.

I might not have the thousands of bottles like some people because most of my money go to the Blair’s fund. I am not going to list all the bottles, hopefully the pictures will show all. Since the picture was taken, there is now a b-99 and hopefully soon a 2am with red on black. I think some of the most prized in the collection are my 2 specially signed Jersey Death bottles from Blair, the signed clock and letters, and of course the Caldera Prototype.

After many hours talking to all my new friends on HSB and e-mailing Nick 10 times a day, I still find time to get a little of my favorite sauce, the Original Death Sauce!

My hat’s off to you brother- that is an incredible collection. You sound proud of it and well you should be- very impressive. Boy those “Cutting Room Floor” bottles would look good in that case, good luck man………………..Vic

That bottle to the right of the prototype is a signed jersey death to me marked 1/1. Thanks for all the feed back everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think my cat is one of Blair’s biggest fans. All the skulls I have I take off the keychain and put them on my desk. I they”mysteriously” disappear and end up unded the couch. That is where the photo was taken.

Pretty impressive, Hey Nick how do I send you a pic of my collection? I don’t have a Caldera Prototype but I think my over 40 bottles of signed Blair’s sauces speaks for itself! Hey is anyone going tomorrow to Defcon Day? Bring a snow shoval. Really Eman great collection and hats off to you on getting that Caldera Prototype.

That is one awsome collection. Where did you get the shelving on the wall, it looks good next to the display case. Again your collection is awesome.
