It’s time again for the annual Chile Pepper Magazine hot sauce edition! Most subscribers should have their copies by now, so be sure to check out page 82. I worked with several collector’s and put together a nice little article on the in’s and out’s of hot sauce collecting. The entire article can be downloaded here (PDF) for those of you that don’t yet have a subscription to Chile Pepper. A big thank you to everyone that contributed to the article!

Have you tried Big Dawg Salsa or the green chile bread at Golden Crown Panaderia on 11th and Mountain? They even make a pizza with a green chile crust.
