If they can't keep the flavor consistency from batch to batch, then they really don't have a winning product. Sohot is quite pricey too, so for an $9.00 - 100ml bottle of hot sauce I should be able to get the taste I want each and every time. I wouldn't recommend this product anymore. It's a little bodega with a couple of ladies in the back making tacos. Fabulous lengua, carnitas, enchilada, arroz con pollo, and chorizo con papas. HIGHLY recommended -- best tacos I've had since leaving Los Angeles. FYI, you can get EXTREMELY legit Mexican on 47th st and 10th ave in NYC at a place called Tehuitzingo.
