It’s a bit belated, but the date caught up on me before I knew it. So it’s official, the Hot Sauce Blog is now 1 year old. It’s been one hell of a long year with over 536 posts and 575 comments!

In the past year the HSB has:

Moved from being a part of SNS to own domain.
Changed designs 3 times.
Added 9 different reviewers.
Recieved mentions in the NY Daily News, NY Post & London Telegraph.
Recieved visitors from 36 countries.
Made many friends in the fiery foods industry.
& Pissed off god only knows how many people.

Remeber this?
