I'll be going tonight with some former classmates. I expect to be in pain for quite some time. In fact, I'm going to go pick up some Tums as a preventative measure right now.

BTW, what was the source for this article?

I've had their sausage and habanero appetizer...and being brave I chomped down all the peppers my friends were too afraid to eat. It was the first time I experienced cold sweats and stomach cramps that sent me to the bathroom for a full 20 minutes wondering if I was really going to die righ then and there on the cold tile floor.

I'll never forget it. It was great.

There is a couple of bars (restaurants) here in town called "Dicks Wings". They have a chicken tender platter on their menu. It comes with 5 pretty big chicken tenders and waffle fries. They have several sauces that go on them but one I think is funny. It is there "special sauce". It is the hottest sauce they have. If you can eat all five tenders with their "special sauce" then you get them for free. Well I tried them and of course I got the lunch for free. As I got the tenders I noticed the extract smell and saw some jalapenos in the sauce. Tasted them and hey, this tastes like Daves insanity sauce. Guess what, it was!!!! They used Daves insanity sauce and put some jalapenos and a little tabasco in it!!!!! Dont get me wrong, after the 5th tender it was getting hot. But, not hot enough. If I wanted to I guess I can go back and get another free lunch. LOL.

I can only give credit to restaurants that make their own hot sauce. Rather than some guy in back dousing stuff in extract - giving the dish a catchy name and calling it their own.
