This doesn’t have anything to do with the photo, but my wife grilled boneless pork ribs slathered in a half-bottle of Lava Extreme last night. (She normally uses Ring of Fire X-tra Hot Habanero sauce, but S and S was ‘out of stock’ so she tried the Lava.) To die for…one of the tastiest platters of boneless ribs I have ever sat down to…might have to order this by the case next time! Outstanding…even on steak!

Just a quickie, but I want to share something else with you based on your comment. We did a demo in Ft. Worth over the weekend matching the LAVA with bison burgers and steaks. The market had no luck with BBQ sauce as it couldn’t stand up to the strong flavors of the meat. LAVA worked very well. My first experience with bison - tasty meat!

Brian, you drive a ferrari. Maybe I should drop out now, and start bottling my own reserves. Oh man I need extreme bad haha, its in my next S&S order.

Brian, Your hottie is very pretty, in my opinion, much better than the car.

Heya Mike! We are in McKinney (N Dallas effectively). The birck and mortar is my house as I do manufacturing in Austin - go figure.

Makes perfect sense, but I think I’ve plateaued But that doesn’t mean I’m not crazy enough to try anything at least once
