In the last week, the hot sauce world has been turned on it’s head, with quite possibly the largest media explosion ever in the fiery foods industry. Of course all the news surrounds the 16 Million Reserve from Blair, which is almost sold out.

Beyond the 16 Million Reserve search volumes, online searching of anything related to hot sauce is up across the board. Hot food websites everywhere are starting to cash in on the surge of hot sauce related searches.

The 16 Million Reserve was reviewed here on HotSauceBlog.com, then the story was picked up by the NY Post, then the London Telegraph and from there things really blew up.
