Bret, I found an old Vidal Sasson dryer at Goodwill and welded it to my flystrip pole in the back yard. Jerky should be ready to go soon if the bugs dont eat it.

On a side note, Got a batch of Gatorman ZERO Jerky in the drier as we speak. Gonna have a small sample in TN if it lasts that long! The Marinade is prety darned hot, just hope it carries over to the meat. May be hotter than the Mamba stuff. We’ll see.

DK my auction specifically refers to rastlin gators, proimarily because it is one of the funnier things that constantly is brought up here, I hope you wouldnt take offence to this. It is my way of saying hello again!

pmac, thanks for the explanation. I gotta admit that i was a little cofused about it, but just had to make a gator crack over it. Sorry if the comment offended you, was meant as homor on my end as well as is all of my d***heaf comments Take care man, it’s all good now on this end. Leroy and Bret got all the gators back in the moat and alls quiet again. I just hope nobody tries to cross that thing while I’m in TN next week, could get messy!

I guess there’s been a bunch of stuff deleted ’cause I’m sure not understanding much here I’ve not seen any negativity- there’s been nothing but a tremendous outpouring of support from the hot sauce community!
