Props to Dan Cloutier and his test subjects at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School for performing a hot sauce based experiment. The basis of the experiment was to prove which beverage would eliminate the heat of Tabasco hot sauce most effectively.
Ummm…. We could have saved you the indigestion and told you the answer….
But in the end, the boys figured out that milk works best. Read more about the experiment here.
