(INDIANAPOLIS, IN – October 3, 2006) – Hot Shotz Ale & Grill, opening in November, promises to heat up the suburban restaurant and bar scene with their casual dining, complete sports viewing, and of course, their unique spin on food personalization.

Along with offering signature margaritas and the best north side craft beer selection that includes 80 plus bottled beers and 11 interesting and unique drafts, Hot Shotz will allow guests to fire up their food orders with over 50 varieties of hot sauces featured on their prominent “Wall of Flame,” a focal point of the restaurant.

“I wanted a robust menu to draw patrons in, a relaxed atmosphere to make them want to stay and socialize, and a unique concept that would make them want to tell their friends about us,” said Brian Graham, Founder of Hot Shotz Ale & Grill. He continued, “There are several restaurant choices for business meetings or even a girl’s or a guy’s night out on the north side, but I think we offer something those chain places can’t – style and personality.”

The Hot Shotz sauce selection caters to the faint of heart all the way up to the fire sauce dare devil with five heat levels; level one being the lowest hotness level and level five being the hottest. Samples will be offered so guests can judge where their personal fortitude lies.

With main course favorites such as Turkey Club Wrap, Salmon Salad, a Cuban Sandwich, and the tender 9 oz. Hanger Steak, along with popular appetizers like wings and fire cheese, the food selection is sure to please every palate.

There will also be a culinary twist that other Indianapolis restaurants do not embrace, featured recipes on the menu will call for beer in the food preparation in order to add just the right flavors to compliment the dish.

About Hot Shotz
Hot Shotz Ale & Grill offers a balanced menu and cost effective express lunch options and dinner entrees. Hot Shotz has the best craft beer selection on the north side. Hot Shotz offers over fifty bottles of hot sauces which guests can sample, have with their meal, and buy retail. Available sauces can be seen on the “Wall of Flame”, a focal point of the restaurant.

Hot Shotz Ale & Grill founder and General Manager, Brian Graham, has experience working with several different food concepts as an owner of a Dick’s Bodacious Bar-B-Q restaurant, Manager for Don Pablo’s and Assistant General Manager at Peterson’s Steak & Seafood in Fishers, IN.
