Due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina, TABASCO.com sites are temporarily out of service.

McIlhenny Company is operating normally and the production of TABASCO® brand products are unaffected by the recent hurricane. Our New Orleans office employees are all accounted for and have been relocated to our Corporate Office on Avery Island, Louisiana. That number is 337-365-8173.

To place an order or to inquire about an order call the TABASCO® Country Store at 800-634-9599.

To contact us by E-Mail write to whatscooking@TABASCO.com.

We hope to have the TABASCO.com sites back up and operating shortly.
Thanks for your patience.

Having my bottle of Tabasco beside my monitor here made me wonder if production of it was hampered by the hurricane. It tickles me to know that I am not the only person on the planet who wondered that!

How did the company fair after the most recent storm? Rita! Can only find information on the first hurricane dated on 09-01-05.
