Take a walk on the wild side at the newest addition to Jungle Jim’s International Market – the Oscar Event Center at Jungle Jim’s! The 15,000 square foot space is nearing completion and will be available for reservations beginning Spring 2007.

Donna Lennox, Director for the Oscar Event Center, is excited about the potential of the space: “We are looking forward to attracting and creating extraordinary events that we believe will change the standards and face of special events and celebrations in not only the city of Cincinnati but in the entire region. Jessica Hamilton, Coordinator for the Oscar Event Center, agrees: “At Oscar, the potential for exotic and themed events is immeasurable! Our interest in seeking specialty shows and seminars, luscious wine, beer and spirit tastings, along with music festivals and concerts will be paramount. We’re excited about building our reputation around ‘out of the box’ style events that you won’t find anywhere else.”

And the name “Oscar?” Donna explains: “This is the second most often asked question next to ‘Is the monorail really going to run?’ We believe Oscar represents the best of the best and the hidden reality of this is that it is owner ‘Jungle’ Jim Bonaminio’s middle name, as it was his father’s as well.”
