ALL Festival Merchandise proceeds benefit cancer research. The beneficiary ‘was’ the Stehlin Foundation for Cancer Research. They’re in the midst of changing names. I’m actually a cancer survivor and this is the foundation that helped me tremendously.
For me, the excitement regarding the sauce is how cool Captain’s Keith and Blake are – I was quite star struck when I met them. I got over it as they both are super nice guys and we hit it off from the start. My sauce says “To the Hottest Catch!” I’ll never sell it!!!!! The guys were clever and funny. I just thought I’d try the auction for the holidays… All 3 autographed sauces should come up in a search, now, on ebay (I had a typo) and there is a listing for un-autographed sauce to be purchased as “buy it now.” There’s also “Deadliest Batch” T’s.
Ok… and last there really is a limited amount of “Deadliest Batch.” We have a new theme every year. If this round doesn’t sell, I’m on break, and stuff will go back up on ebay when the show airs in April. T-shirts, which are very cool will be available ’til gone.
Happy Holidays to All,
Carol

Mine was obtained on e-bay via Jim Campbell in Oct. so, yes, it’s not part of the same auction.
Capt Keith & I hit it off pretty good so he signed a few for me apart from the show signings. He drug Capt Blake over there to sign them as well. I think I have two more sets that will be going up beofre I’m out.
He also signed a couple of my Stupid Hot as “Bearing Sea De-Icer”
Those wil lbe going up on the charity auction block as well.

Because Carol wanted it that way, after all, it was her show. We did as we were told. I saw nothing wrong with doing it her way.
I don’t see anything wrong with it either. I just thought there may be an interesting reason behind it, so I asked.
Heck, I don’t think I have a any bottles where they are all signed alike, so it was just curious to me that the difference in where the signatures are located was pointed out. I was only curious as to why so I could understand it. I wasn’t bashing anything about it.
And there were only 2 signed bottle auctions vs. the three mentioned, sooooo, I pointed it out in case there was a mistake or maybe I just missed something as I stated in my first post.
]]>I’ve no clue if John planned on doing this before the event or if my request to get a bottle with the two signatures of the Deadliest Catch guys prompted the idea. Knowing John, he probably already had it planned.
Anyhow, my bottle has John’s signature top and center. Keith’s is to the left and Blake’s to the right. So I guess mine is a bit different from this grouping….very cool!
Unfortunate that the Maverick won’t be on the show this year, but it sounds like they’ve a legitimate gripe for staying away.
Final thing, happy holiday’s to all!

Captain Blake’s right down the middle of the chili guy (I stopped him and had him sign elsewhere on the next ones)
???????????
I’m sure I’m missing something here, but what’s the importance of the location of the signature? Signed is signed, right?
And I only see autions for two signed bottles.
Because Carol wanted it that way, after all, it was her show. We did as we were told. I saw nothing wrong with doing it her way.
]]>I mean, wouldn’t that be easier and more conducive to getting people to participate?
Seems like a lotta work when there are so many worthy charities out there, including cancer research…
