Dallas – Loco Luna Gourmet Foods, a specialty foods manufacturer, is proud to announce that it has added a new Luna-tic to its ranks. Eric Nanista has joined Loco Luna as Regional Sales Manager effective immediately. Based near St. Louis, Nanista’s role is to serve as the resident Lava Evangelist and will manage Loco Luna’s sales efforts for the Midwest region. “As one of the world’s foremost hot sauce collectors and hot sauce lover’s, we couldn’t be happier than to add Eric to our team. Eric is a terrific person and he exemplifies the true chilehead spirit. We are stoked!” says Brian Moon, CEO of Loco Luna.

Lava Sauce is the flagship product from Loco Luna Gourmet Foods. Lava Sauce is a small batch, gourmet sauce that is made from only the finest natural ingredients. Lava Sauces are available in mild, medium, hot and extreme heat varieties. That way, everyone from the most deranged hot sauce junkie to your ninety-eight-year-old grandmother can enjoy Lava Sauce’s surprisingly rich and complex character.

“I am very happy to be included on this new adventure” says newly commissioned Regional Sales Manager Eric Nanista. “After the first taste of this sauce I knew I had to be part of it. With the quality of the product and a first class person like Brian, I expect things to go quite well.”

Loco Luna is aggressively converting people to their brand of living the hot and spicy life and its products are available in leading grocery stores, gift and gourmet shops across the North America. Loco Luna Gourmet Foods can also be found on the Web at www.locoluna.net. Not only can you get Lava Sauce there, you just might learn a little about chili peppers while you’re at it — and have some fun doing it.

“We are extremely passionate about what we do, and we are very proud of what we have created in the Lava Sauce product line,” says Moon. Moon adds, “Heat is great, but at Loco Luna, our focus is on great natural flavor with satisfying heat. That’s why Lava Sauce is so good even as a marinade or grilling sauce – or by itself as a dipping or pour-on sauce. As we continue to add great people and great products to our organization, things can only continue to get better”.

Hey Chris, since making it to moderator position with the HSB, you shouldn’t have any problem with assisting eman with the door measurements. :P
