I met CaJohn quite a while back at one of his first fiery food shows back when they were still having it in St Pete, FL. “I am sure he doesn’t remember me”. I think he just purchased a co-packing facility in Ohio. Even back then he seemed like a man on a mission. Glad to see him prospering. Didn’t mean to imply that I was any kind of barometer for deciding quality sauces or that my sauce is the only good one out there.
