Blair's Shipping Accident

While loading a 1200 case order for a distributor Blair’s shipping dept got a little too heavy on the reverse pedal and backed Blair’s 6000lb Fork lift into a pallet of 300 cases of Freshly Made Sauce! Fortunately, no sauces were harmed.

Blair was kind enough to send this “Embarrising Moment” Over to HSB….

Oops? More like “Oh Crap!” Imagine if that was the next reserve shipment. That would be a “Holy Crap Crap” moment to put it lightly.

Now this should be a “Caption This” thread.

“Dude, I told ya playing Jenga with the boxes was a bad idea!”

The operator’s got to be careful with that liquid gold! It simply wouldn’t do to leave an eagar batch of chiliheads wanting for a Blair’s fix.

First….I sent the photo to Nick Because I was so amazed that on a pallet with 315 cases or 3780 bottles and a 6000 pound Forklift NOT even 1 single bottle was scratched..each and every case down to each and every bottle was examined I just could not imagine not even a cap broke…(Talk about good Karma)…..On another note……If The Boxes had been the Cutting Room Floor(As noted above) A certain someone could perhaps have been hanging from his toenails now. And to think I had my whole Hot Sauce shelf crash on me and the only bottle that broke was a unopened Blair’s MegaDeath. I managed to save most of the sauce in a container and picked out the shards of glass. Everytime I eat the sauce now I have to be aware of the delicious pain of heat and flavour as well as the agonizing pain of glass. This happened at Christmas – what did I do Santa?!?!?!
