More creative work from the desk of Ryan - BS Sauce! (a tongue in cheek reserve). The BS Reserve V1 consists of an open bottle of Iguana XXX, 1 melted white candle from Halloween, a bit of nail polish for pizzaz, 1 Blair’s death skull and 6 nails!

Thenks for the compliments guys. How did I get the nails to pop out the top you ask? Simple…I pushed them into the bottom of the skull with my thumb, then used a pair of pliars to push them the rest of the way through. It was a pain in the butt due to the rubberiness of the skull.

No pacemaker here, I’ve got enough wrong with me as it is. I’ve learned to not get too excited until the last second. Stress was literally killing me. I have to keep it cool.

There’ll be a bit more CaJohns stuff (signed by him and me) out shortly. This will be some of the early bottle types that I filled for him when I was his co-packer. You’ll have both the maker and the creator :-)

In a related note, all the various Blairs’ bottles that you guys beat me up about (save “the” one ;-) are in the mail and headed to their various destinations.

Thanks again!

A couple of you almost hit the lottery also- I was packing the Hot Pots & Blown away into the boxes when I thought I give them a quick wipe down from having sat on the display shelf. It was then I discovered that several of them were signed. Needless to say, I was glad I caught that ;-) Replaced them with the others that weren’t signed. Sorry Charrie ;-)

What was mean- almost doing it or telling that I almost did it? :-)

I expect that you’ll see the double signed stuff here first, or at least how to get them, here first.

Best place in the world, eh? :-)

Too cool! I cannot wait for the Gale’s Hard Cider. Sounds good to me cause I love some hard cider and being mixed with peppers could make it too good :)

Another plus for our hero - Capsaicin

THURSDAY, March 16 (HealthDay News) — Capsaicin, the component that gives jalapeno peppers their heat, may also kill prostate cancer cells, a new study suggests.

Here is a quote from the article:
I guess they heve never been to HSB :-)

“Since large amounts of capsaicin have never been given to people, we don’t know what the side effects might be,”

Some of the stuff Jim has come up with even has me shakin’ my head. There are some leftovers from the early “show special” ones I did that were limited to trade buyer giva aways and some that we did when we were “just playin’ around” (prototypes I guess) and some just plain mistakes. We have our share of those at our facility as well. I told some of the faithful about them before we were “asked to leave” the lounge in ABQ. Nick will be getting a list of those we have on hand real soon. As for Jim’s find, I need to take a trip over his way to review what he has dug out of the archived boxes.

One thing I sould tell you about some of the regular line of sauces. The bottle pictured in Anthony’s review of Krakatoa! (the multi-sided one) was only used for a short time. The first run of 2002 Legend used it as well as the first couple of runs of Z…nothing Beyond. Some of our other premium hab sauces used it as well. I would like to get one of the early Legend if one of you would like to part with it.

I only went out for the night and it seems I’ve missed so much. Will we be able to buy these sauces you talk of that you’ll be sending a list to Nick?

I love the shape of those bottles Cajohn. My brother has the first run of the Krakatoa bottle and some others with that bottle. Ive got the Z bottle like that. I have the first year of The Legend. What ya need one for? :) Also, my brother has a Krakatoa Lava dome with this dark maroon colored wax top. Only one ive seen like that. Cool color.
