Today I recieved a question from a customer that got me thinking.
The question was:

“To the people at Sweat ‘N Spice Hot Sauce - Do you guys even eat hot sauce? If so what do you typically eat it on?”

The answer to the question is actually kinda complicated. I personally eat hot sauce for almost every meal, but which hot sauce I use depends on what I’m eating. Take today for example, I had 2 pieces of toast for breakfast - not hot sauce there. But for lunch I had a salad - and on the salad I ate Marie Sharp’s Belizean Heat Hot Sauce - A great habanero hot sauce that is very versitile. Tonight I think the wife is cooking pasta - and for this I will eat some Da’ Bomb Beyond Insanity - A very HOT sauce that does not really influence the flavor of the food, it just adds the heat.

Now I understand that not everyone out there has the access to the variety of sauces that I do, so I’ve compiled a list of sauces that I think every hot sauce addict should have in their fridge:

Now most of these are my personal favorites, but I think any hot sauce lover would agree that the above sauces really run the gaunlet in flavor - so with the sauces above you’ll always have the right sauce to go with any food.
