Recipe: Cap’n Capsium Wings

Cap’n Capsium Wings

EASY Ingredients:
4-5 lbs of wings
2 C Cap’n Crunch Cereal
2 C Blair’s Habanero Chips
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 C milk
Oil for Frying

Directions:
Heat oil to 375 in fryer or deep skillet.
Crush cereal and Blair’s chips to crumbs in a plastic bag, and spices above.
Beat egg and milk together in a bowl.
Dredge wings milk/egg mixture
Shake pieces to coat in cereal/Blairs chip mixture Fry 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with YOUR favourite wing sauce. Id never take the liberty to tell a Chil-pal how to FEEL ALIVE!

This is very interesting. I think I would like to make it, just so I can buy a box of Cap’n Crunch. Blair Chips are a good ingredient. I have not found a local place to buy them. (Bay Area). Good Job!.

I tried a recipe with cap’n crunch once it sounded cool but it didn’t work well for me. I think it is a great idea

Hi Tony, try pulsing the chips/cereal in the blender to a small crumb. This recipe works great baked in the oven too. Cheers!
