Recipe & Instructions below the fold
Ingredients:
2 Turkey wings, separated, tips removed (resulting in 4 pieces)
Canola oil for deep frying
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Cardamom
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Mix dry ingredients together and coat over the turkey wing peices (shake it, baby)


Let sit for a couple of hours
Preheat Oil to 360 degrees Fahrenheit
Place turkey in oil and cook for 12-15 minutes until turkey reaches 175 or 180 degrees fahreheit
Serve with squeeze of lemon, enjoy!



Trust me, these will be a hit, they are unique and taste amazing (spicy too!)

Everything is better deep fried! I will be making some of these for sure.
This works very well with chicken wings, but you will of course just lower the cooking time to about 10 minutes and they should be done (based on 1 lb of wings)
Tried this recipe and it was awesome! Will definitely try this for chicken wings on a regular basis.

Sounds good Jay, I wish I had all those dry ingredients, I am shy 5 of them. I will keep this for future reference for chicken wings instead.
