Recently I posted a thread in the Forums about some special bottle sets I was making. Thirteen unique sets of bottles. Thank you all for your amazing support! All thirteen sets are already sold before I even got the pictures up and the amazing thing is even though I said each set was going to be different, no one wanted to see them to pick!
People told me the number they wanted and the luck of the draw gave them a set. One special cork topped and waxed spanish glass bottle with a unique Chipotle sauce kicked up with some 5 million scoville extract. A labeled RedRum taster to go with the collectors bottle and another cork topped and waxed glass bottle with a dry spice mix I made using Bih Jolokia, Habanero, Red Savina, Ancho, New mexican peppers, Onion, Garlic and spices.
Here are pictures of the sets! I still have some taster bottles left (6) for $6.50 each and I also Have RedRum T-shirts for $10.00 each. (plus shipping)
I hope everyone likes the set they got, please no compaining that you like another set better!
My 2006 RedRum Reserve is completly sold out and I have started planning the 2007 Reserve. It is going to be even bigger and better than last years! It will come out some time in the late fall early winter after my “harvest”. I guess I just couldn’t wait that long to do another bottling! The dried Chipotles give this sauce a deep rich smokey flavor and then the 5 million extract kicks in and whacks your taste buds!

AWESOME job Ed! Hmmm, wonder which one I’m getting? 
Great looking sets Ed, all of them. No complaints here man! Only problem I have is where to put them! I’m still trying to find room for my NM stuff. LOL!

I’ve bought one new shelf and working on a display rack for a few bottles and still don’t have room for everything. Well, there’s room, but it’s awfully crowded. Gotta do something else soon. I never figured the cost of furniture into this addiction, err, ummm, hobby!

My back is still acting up, so Im getting surgery on Wednesday to “fix” it.
Im getting the parts of the herniated disc removed that are pressing on the nerve. It’s a short procedure, and it’s out-patient so Im hoping it all goes well. Its either that or wait it out some more.
Ok, thanks for clearing that up. Hmmmm, perhaps when you sit at “The Table”, it will temporarily relieve some of the strain on your back. Just a thought…

Well, I better be fine by then, but if sitting there doesnt help, Im sure a deathmatch wing will at least take my mind off of it for a bit

I hear ya DK, I still have stuff sitting in boxes from NM. I think I may have to move to larger quarters!!! I dont’ even have room for more furniture!

I just had to buy a new display case just to get all the NM stuff off the dining room table. It is definitly an addiction and not a hobby!

Careful what you wish for General Lee. I wouldnt sniff the fog if you get a package. That might not be from the dry ice. Defcon plays chemist while the rest of us sleep at night
