Restaurant Review #2: Mexican Radio

Mexican Radio

Mexican Radio (previous review here) is quite possibly the ultimate restaurant for hot sauce fanatic. Each table has 4-5 different hot sauces and across the restaurant they probably have about 100 different varieties. All open and ready to eat. Heaven & Great Margaritas.

Mexican Radio - Steak

Mexican Radio - Burrito

But then again, the food at Mexican Radio is so good that you almost don’t need the hot sauce. Calm down, I said almost. They should definitely spice up their salsa, it’s more garlic and onions then heat.

The wife ordered a standard chicken burrito and I went with the steak special. Some fancy cut of meat marinated in tequila and spices. It was delicious albeit a very small portion. I should have ordered the chicken tortilla soup appetizer as well. Oh well, I killed the chips and salsa (added some Sontava hot sauce).

Oh man - I forgot about this place. As soon as I saw the picture of the sign, I could taste their great food again. I gotta go back!

Yeah but it depends the area where you are really. For example when I’m in Uni there seems to loads, whereas at home there aren’t really any I can think of
