The sauce that I tried last night was “only” 50,000 SHU, about 25 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. The Hot Sauce Blog seemed to like it. The heat level of this sauce is a happy medium between Sudden Death and Salsa de Muerte (at least to my mouth).

This sauce is an all around great product. Its great as an additive or just out of the bottle. I have even tried it in baking such things as cornbread and my green chili cheddar corn muffins with great success. After Death cornbread with a little organic honey on it is hard to beat!
