When I see people paying $6.95 for a novelty bottle showing smoke coming out of some fat guy’s ass and the contents tast like..well…something that came from the same place, hell yes, I would pay $7.95 for something good. I consider it a cheap thrill, not to mention that it generally costs a bit more to produce an organic product.

I like how you referred to the battle in your mouth, very clever and entertaining to the reader. Fine review my Virginia friend. Which btw kicks Maine’s ass, as well as Georgia’s and most definitely Florida’s. It would bow down to New York of course.

Good review!!!! After trying the sauce I definitely agree with your reaction. I imagine I don’t have as developed a pallet, but I could see what you were saying about the the sweetness and temperature. Nice work!!!!

Nice review too! Looks like a really nice hot sauce for sure.

I pick up Celtic gray sea salt (still contains natural minerals) from my local health food store. It is harvested in Brittany and France by hand, and like you say way above table salt as far as how it flavors foods!
