Excellent review. I’m now dying to try this. Admittedly I prefer the hotter stuff, and though I don’t have any 3AM (yet) I can always add a few drops of Sudden Death if I feel the need for more heat. I’ve got Mega Death being shipped now, if that isn’t too “extracty” I may add some of that, but this sauce sounds delish to be sure.

I think I’m going to try some stir fry with this. Anything Mango reminds me of Thai food for some reason.

I hadn’t thought of using it as a grilling sauce, but that sounds like a great idea. It seems to have te consistency to stick to stuff; I’ll have to try that.

No thanks to mango sauces. This is only one of the two I’ve tried….no matter. Just not my thing I suppose, but to each their own.

This sauce is awsome, the wife and I grilled some shrimp on the Barbie Tuesday night and doused them with this sauce. Too hot for her, but what a great mango taste, with of course a nice bite.

I have never been too keen with anything mango in it. But there seems to be quite a few sauces containing it. So I cannot hold off for much longer! Maybe I will give this one a try first
