Cayenne usually provides a tad bit more heat than flavor, but this puree was quite tasty on all the foods I tried it upon. I hadn’t originally thought of trying this on eggs, but the HSB review of this one inspired me to give that a try. Excellent!!! The consistency of this one is just about perfect, neither too chunky or too runny. I actually liked this best to give a little machismo to my marinara sauces, but it was actually fairly tasty when used like a hot sauce on certain foods. Your mileage may vary.
