The kicker to this guy, it has the garlic, onion, heat and spices, but also a bit of tang (Sugar and what??).....perfect! My only complaint is that it isn't too hot....but good for the mainstream folks out there! Thanks Gordon! Looking to down a few more bottles over at the Rooster! OK, I loved this sauce — despite the fact that I have a bottle of the real Siriacha at my desk.
